**FIREARMS NOTE**

Due to possible delays to obtain a background check, gun purchases will be handled as follows:
Guns must be paid for in full the day of the auction at the Kreps Wiedeman trailer.
All guns will be taken to Ft. Collins Daily Pawn (DP) for safekeeping.
The buyer will then need to initiate a background check within one week by going to DP and completing requirements.
The state mandated background check fee is $10.50, and the transfer fee in $25.  Both of these fees will need to be paid directly to DP.
Upon clearing your background check, your purchased guns will be released by DP.

FYI - The sale of long guns can be made to those over the age of 18, and handgun buyers must be 21.
