The contents of these storage units will be sold to the highest bidder at auction.

However, redemption can be made up to one hour before auction time.

High bidder will be required to remove all contents from unit!

 * Unit AA103: Chairs, a couple of TV's, either a leather chair or couch, etc.

 * Unit AA136: Lumber, golf clubs and bag, etc.

Terms: Payment required upon purchase of unit with cash only. No checks or plastic.  A refundable damage deposit of $100 will also be charged for each unit purchased.  Contact our office for complete details. 

Buyer will have until noon on Sunday, January 12th to have all items removed from the storage unit, or a rental agreement signed with MSS/BSS. Once the unit is empty, the damage deposit will be returned by MSS/BSS. The buyer will also be responsible for placing a lock on the unit should it be left unattended.
